Free Trial & Auto-Renewal
- PrisBee offers a one-time 1-month free trial for new users.
- Each user is eligible for only one free trial per device and payment method. PrisBee reserves the right to deny free trials if abuse is detected.
- After the trial ends, the subscription will be automatically charged based on the selected plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default. Users must disable it from account settings to prevent future charges.
No Refunds & Returns
All subscription payments are final. PrisBee does not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or unused time.
Subscription fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancelling a subscription immediately ends access to the service to prevent abuse. Users must ensure they want to cancel before proceeding.
Switching between monthly (₹1100/-) and yearly (₹11000/-) plans is only allowed at the end of the billing cycle.
Subscription Billing & Payment Failures
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
- If a payment fails, users receive a 7-day grace period to update their payment details.
- If payment is not completed within the grace period, access will be suspended.
Taxes & Currency Fees
- Subscription prices may or may not include applicable taxes based on the user's location.
- Users are responsible for any additional taxes (e.g., GST in India) as per local tax regulations.
- If paying in a foreign currency, exchange rate differences and bank transaction fees may apply. PrisBee is not responsible for currency conversion costs.
Cancellation & Data Retention
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time from account settings.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund.
- User data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
- Users are responsible for backing up their data before canceling. PrisBee is not responsible for lost data post-cancellation.
Account Sharing & Misuse
Each subscription is for a single user (doctor/clinic) only.
Sharing login credentials or allowing multiple users to access a single account is strictly prohibited.
Account sharing violations may result in account suspension without refund.
Service Availability & Force Majeure
- PrisBee strives for 99.9% uptime, but temporary outages may occur.
- PrisBee is not liable for business loss due to:
- Internet/server outages
- Cyberattacks
- Government regulations
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
- In the event of force majeure (uncontrollable circumstances), PrisBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without liability.
Liability Limitation (Medical Disclaimer)
PrisBee is a software tool for managing prescriptions and patient data. It does not provide medical advice.
Users are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of prescriptions and patient information.
PrisBee is not liable for any incorrect prescriptions, dosage errors, or medical decisions made by users.
Billing Errors & Exceptions
- Refunds may only be provided for billing errors such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Incorrect deductions due to system issues
- Users must report billing errors within 7 days of the transaction.
- Requests for refunds due to dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or unused time do not qualify as billing errors.
Changes to This Policy
PrisBee reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
