Acceptance of Terms

By using PrisBee, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

PrisBee reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes. Users are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.

Eligibility & Onboarding Process

  • Doctors cannot sign up on their own. They must provide their information to PrisBee for verification.
  • Once the required information is submitted, PrisBee will onboard the doctor within 24 hours.
  • After onboarding, doctors can fully access and use PrisBee's services.
  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during onboarding and are legally responsible for maintaining its accuracy.
  • Each account is for a single doctor/clinic only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent suspension.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. PrisBee is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

Subscription & Billing

PrisBee operates on a subscription-based model with fees charged in advance:

  • Auto-renewal is enabled by default. Users must manually disable it from account settings if they do not wish to continue.
  • No refunds, returns, or partial credits are provided except for billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges). Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
  • If a doctor fails to renew within 7 days, their access to PrisBee will be restricted until they renew their subscription. After a 60-day period, all associated data may be permanently deleted.

User Responsibilities & Restrictions

  • Users must only use PrisBee for lawful medical practice and prescription management.
  • Users are legally responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prescriptions and compliance with medical regulations.
  • The platform must not be used to:
    • Store or transmit false or misleading medical data.
    • Violate any laws, regulations, or medical standards.
    • Share, distribute, or sell prescription data without patient consent.
  • PrisBee is not responsible for incorrect prescriptions or medical errors made by users.
  • By clicking 'Send OTP', you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Data Privacy & Security

  • PrisBee collects and processes data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • User data is stored securely and encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Users must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit PrisBee's platform. Any breach will result in permanent suspension and legal action.
  • Misuse of patient data may lead to account termination and potential legal consequences.
  • Patients have the right to delete their accounts, and upon doing so, all their data will be permanently removed from PrisBee.
  • If a doctor decides to stop using PrisBee, they must contact us directly to request account deactivation. Once deactivated, they can no longer access their data. However, if they rejoin within 60 days, they may regain access. After 60 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

Service Availability & Uptime

  • PrisBee strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
  • PrisBee is not liable for losses due to service interruptions or third-party system failures.
  • Inactive accounts may be disabled after 6 months of inactivity for security reasons.

Account Termination & Suspension

PrisBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if:

  • A user violates these terms or misuses the platform.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent payments occur.
  • PrisBee detects account sharing, abuse, or suspicious activity.

Medical Disclaimer

  • PrisBee is a software tool and does not provide medical advice.
  • Doctors are fully responsible for ensuring prescriptions and medical records are accurate.
  • PrisBee is not liable for any incorrect prescriptions, dosage errors, or medical consequences.

Limitation of Liability

  • PrisBee is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
  • PrisBee does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free services, or complete data accuracy.
  • PrisBee is not liable for lost data due to system failures, cyberattacks, or third-party services. Users are responsible for backing up critical information.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, India.
  • Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against PrisBee.

Modifications to Terms

  • PrisBee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
